A CÂMARA de Vereadores deve colocar em pauta, na primeira sessão de dezembro, a votação única do projeto da LOA (Lei Orçamentária Anual) para o exercício de 2017. A sessão está prevista para o dia 6, a penúltima do ano.
O projeto, que estima a receita e fixa a despesa do município é de uma arrecadação de R$ 2,541 milhões, montante que o prefeito Aiacyda terá que administrar em seu primeiro ano de governo. A previsão de receitas, que já é insuficiente para atender as demadas do município, dificilmente irá se concretizar.
É o cenário, segundo os analistas, é de queda entre 15% e 20% em relação ao valor previsto e esperado para 2017 por conta da crise econômica.
Saúde e Educação – A maior fatia do orçamento é destinada, por força de lei, para as áreas da Educação e Saúde, com recursos de R$ 66.963.910,00 e R$ 47.282.496,00 respectivamente, que representa 47% do total, de R$ 241.519.357,00.
Segundo a atual secretária da Fazenda, Silvana Francinete da Silva, sobrará pouco dinheiro para investimentos, pois os repasses das outras esferas governamentais apresentam quedas mensais. “O novo governo terá que trabalhar seriamente acompanhando e monitorando a evolução para ver o que é necessário fazer para reduzir as despesas. Tenho certeza que o próximo governo vai saber fazer isso”, disse a secretária.
